Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add
any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have
finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few
details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or
anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the
transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and MasterCard. We do not charge for any item until it is
ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You
may send your credit card information via phone, fax and snail mail or over
the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have
received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us.
We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us,
when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the
case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently
under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product
for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you
first to ensure that the price is acceptable. All goods are offered subject to being available at the time of the order.
Every effort is taken to ensure that the content of this website is current
by regular updates. As goods are also available for over the counter sales
goods may from time to time be sold out ahead of the next update.
Shipping And Handling All UK deliveries are subject to a postal charge of £4.00 (Precision
Labels only - £2.00, Turntable Drives only - £2.00). UK parcels are sent by
either Royal Mail or next day carrier at our choice. Overseas postage is
charged at the insured air mail rate.
Delivery Schedule We deliver your order as soon as is possible. We will normally
process your order within 2-3 business days. Please allow sufficient time for
delivery after that time. If you quote an e-mail address we will inform you
if there is a delay.
Back Orders All items are offered as being available. However as many
manufacturers now make limited quantities of a large proportion of their
range the items listed can become unavailable without notice. If an item
ordered is out of stock but will become available again then a back order
will be held. You will be informed on the invoice supplied.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is
added. All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are
encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach
our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee We
guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with manufacturers
guarantee or our own 3 month whichever is the longer. This guarantee covers
any component failure which is not due to misuse, modification or damage
after delivery. Any damage in transit must be notified immediately. Any fault
occurring at a later date must be notified in advance before arrangement for
return. If you encounter any problem we suggest contacting us first in case
the problem can be solved by yourself. We do not suggest you tamper with the
product unless at our request. If an item has to be returned please pack very
carefully and return with a covering letter stating the problem. We will reimburse
you with the cost of return postage.
